PAYMENT - Major credit and debit cards accepted, cash or cheque.
BOOKING - Valid credit or debit card details are required - to confirm the booking we take a 100% payment [The Booking is only confirmed when the money is taken and you receive a Confirmation Invoice].
A booking made after 10.00 on the day of arrival will only be confirmed as valid when telephone or email contact has been made between Heronshaw House and the Booking Party and full payment has been received.
If you wish to bring a dog your booking must be confirmed by email or letter, and the payment taken, granting the right for the dog to stay. All dogs staying are subject to breed/type approval prior to confirmation of booking.
CANCELLATION - In the event of a cancellation no refund is given, unless the room can be rebooked. It is strongly recommended that Insurance is taken out to cover such eventualities.
Heronshaw House is a totally no smoking establishment.( Should smoking take place an additional charge of £ 100 will apply to cover the cost of cleaning the room)
Guests are respectfully asked to respect the furnishings and contents of the house at all times.
ARRIVAL - Where ever possible please indicate your time of arrival at the time of booking. Rooms are ready for occupancy from 16.00 and check in is from 16.00 to 18.00. Other times by arrangement only. There is a fee for early check in.
DEPARTURE - Please vacate your room by 10.00am on the day of departure.
CYCLISTS - Cyclists are most welcome and there is storage for cycles.
PARKING - There is private guest parking directly to the side of the house.

A booking made after 12.00 on the day of arrival will only be confirmed as valid when telephone or email contact has been made between Heronshaw House and the Booking Party and full payment has been received.
