River Trout Restaurant & Highbird Outside Events

We are able to cater for a wide range of events from simple dinners for two at home to large celebration functions. We are very flexible in our approach and the way in which we work - events can be as informal as a BBQ or a formal dinner.

Whilst we have a portfolio of several thousand recipes we prefer to spend time with customers so that we can understand the event and make recommendations accordingly. This can be done in person, by email or by phone: t: 01202 489 543

We have a meter wide Webber BBQ which can easy feed up to 100 people.
We can supply everything from Marinaded Joints of Lamb, Pork, Beef & Venison to simple kebabs, homemade burgers and our own delicious Growler Sausages available in over 20 varieties - all made from pure meat and spices with no rusk or bread and free from preservatives - making them gluten free and very moreish!
